Who I am

Welcome!

I'm Solange Martins Steain, or simply Sol, the Professional Organiser and Feng Shui Consultant behind Living Happy.

Like many people, my life changed significantly when I became a mum. With less time, more responsibilities and constant demands, my home became harder to manage. I felt overwhelmed, mentally exhausted, and surrounded by disorder — a feeling I know many of my clients can relate to.

Having lived through that chaos myself, I began to think about how many others are in a similar position: busy, tired, or overwhelmed by their spaces, and wishing they had practical, supportive help to organise and declutter their homes or workplaces.

Organisation has always come naturally to me. Through my experiences as a mum, a housewife, and now a single mum, I realised that my strength — and my purpose — is helping others by doing what I genuinely love: transforming chaos into calm and creating homes that support clarity, balance and ease — through practical organising and intentional energy layout, without judgement and with systems that last.

What I enjoy most about organising is the transformation. Seeing a space change — and witnessing the relief, confidence and joy on a client’s face at the end of a project — is incredibly rewarding.

I am deeply passionate about helping people bring order and peace into their lives. By removing clutter and creating practical systems, I help relieve the mental weight and overwhelm that often come with disorganised spaces, so you can feel calmer, less stressed, and free to spend more time doing what you love with the people you love.

I am currently completing a Certificate IV in Feng Shui, deepening my understanding of how our surroundings influence wellbeing. This training includes traditional Feng Shui principles, energy clearing, geomancy and intentional decluttering. By blending these principles with my professional organising expertise, I create spaces that are not only functional, but also feel balanced, supportive and aligned with your goals.
